Just a quick note to say how pleased I was with the service that Gail (and also her husband David) provided for us while house hunting in the Lake Conroe area. They were always there for us and went above and beyond on hours spent (I think I looked at approx. 50 homes in a very short time period). When we wanted to make not one but sometimes three looks at the same house again (and in the late evening hours) Gail was there for us. The house (we call it our dream home) that we purchased was a foreclosure that was on the market ONE day when we put our offer in and if Gail had not stayed on the top of it, I believe in my heart that we would not have gotten it as others were interested in it as well. On hot days she brought juice and water for us and was ready to go the full day with us (which she did on quite a few occasions) and did everything she possibly could to accommodate us and make us comfortable. We were so impressed with the service that the Cain Team provided that we have also listed the house that we have for sale with Gail. In just several weeks time she held an open house that produced quite a turn out. She even rolled up her sleeves and helped us get it ready to list. The Cain team is also VERY good about keeping you informed and is excellent when it comes to returning phone calls AND emails. Gail goes above and beyond and I HIGHLY recommend her team!!!

I’ve been meaning to email you for awhile but it has been so busy! We love living in Magnolia and are so very happy with the neighborhood and schools. Thank you for helping us find our home. We finally sold our Sugarland house the first week in October and it was painful.
