Brian did all the things you would expect from a great agent - He took us to see nearly two dozen houses over two weekends. However, this isn't where he stopped. We needed a radon system in our new home. Not only did he have excellent ideas about how to handle this with our seller, but he called around and negotiated a great deal with a company to do the installation. I literally had to do nothing other than call to schedule the install.Brian is a busy guy - but you wouldn't know this as his client. He returned texts and phone calls at all hours of the day or night. If he sensed even a modicum of concern he would pick up the phone to make sure we were all on the same page.
