About David

David is originally from Ohio but decided to escape the cold winters and move to Sunny Pensacola, Florida in 2007. In order to be closer to his family, he made the move from Pensacola to Sarasota in 2018. It was then David made the decision to get into real estate. With him having relocated, he understands the needs of buyers moving to the area and prides himself in finding the home of their dreams. With more than 20 years of experience in the technology and financial service sectors, much of the skills and knowledge he has acquired has easily transitioned into his new real estate venture.
