About Zain

Zain began his real estate career with a start-up private equity firm out of NYC where he assisted in property management and business strategy. As Zain advanced in his career, he joined a real estate development and construction company based in Potomac, Maryland with just under $1 billion in assets in the metro Washington DC area, where he worked as an acquisitions specialist and asset manager. Zain received his undergraduate degree in Entrepreneurship from Virginia Commonwealth University and his MBA with an emphasis in Finance from Missouri State University.

Zain relocated to Florida from Washington DC to invest in the thriving real estate market and to help others do the same. Through Zain’s experiences in real estate development and asset management, he provides critical financial expertise to assist clients in making key financial decisions for real estate purchases. Zain and his wife have started their own portfolio of multi-family residential investment properties and work with other investors to accomplish his or her real estate investment goals. Beyond investment properties, Zain works with individuals to find dream homes in the beautiful beach communities of Sarasota in any budget range. From starter homes to luxury estates, he understands each client’s unique circumstances/interests and will help find the perfect match!
