Background:

Debbie's passion for this piece of paradise shows in everything she does, especially in her real estate career. The wife of a prominent homebuilder, Debbie, became intrigued with the real estate industry and earned her license.

She later became the Broker & Principal Owner of Garrigan & Assoc Realty, Inc, a highly successful waterfront brokerage and locally established real estate company for over 30 years.

Debbie served on the Tarpon Springs Variance Board for ten years, the Pinellas County Mangrove Committee, and worked as a teacher & media specialist before real estate. Garrigan & Assoc Realty was nominated several times for educational awards with Pinellas County Schools, and named Business Partner of the Year Finalists twice. At the same time, her husband Pat continually volunteered in the schools for 21 years, achieving the volunteer of the year award locally and being nominated countywide multiple times. Complementing her professional expertise is her extensive educational background. Debbie earned both a bachelor's and a master's degree from the University of Tampa.
