About Rakel

Rakel Elchadif is a highly experienced real estate agent with 20 years of involvement in a very particular niche: the beach-front luxury market in South Florida.   She is also a licensed attorney in the State of New York and holds a dual master’s degree in Sports Management and Fitness Management.

 
Rakel experienced the opportunity of living abroad in different countries, was exposed to various cultures and work environments and is fluent in English, Spanish, Hebrew and French. 

Rakel was recruited to work on an international high-profile estate case which lasted over 2 years and involved over 20 multi-million real estate assets in Florida and in Israel, (a portfolio of approximately $100M). 

Rakel was initially trained as a former professional athlete (aerialist and trapeze artist), training which had taught her to thrive in all environments and to develop a strong discipline and incredible work ethic. 

As a relator, Rakel has successfully negotiated, managed and closed multi-million-dollar transactions.   She has proven success in sales of luxury residences in Key Biscayne, Fisher Island, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles Beach, Surfside, Miami Beach, Aventura and much more.  Rakel and her team have also conducted multiple commercial transactions involving luxury professional and medical establishments.

Outside of the real estate world, Rakel teaches at the Kabbalah Centre in Florida, enjoys exercising, reading, spending time with her husband, children, and dogs. Giving Back to the community: a significant portion of Rakel’s income goes to various charities of her choice, mainly the Kabbalah Centre and Spirituality for Kids.
